Cathy Lembke is a Lecturer in the Faculty of Education at Southern Cross University, Australia. She has organised and participated in SCU’s cultural immersion programs to Southeast Asia, for the past nine years. Her doctoral research focuses on the impact of overseas immersion programs on Australian Preservice Teachers intercultural understandings, in the short and long term.
