Aaron Nance has been in education for over ten years, working in underserved populations and schools to improve the quality of education and experience for Black students and to challenge policies that have stricken Black people from advancing in education. Currently, he is receiving his Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
